Folcroft Borough Council is sponsoring a Flu & Covid Vaccine Clinic to be held on Friday, October 11th, from 10 am to noon at the Folcroft Community Center.

As a Resident Service Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily activities and success of the Borough. You will work with the administrative team to ensure efficient office operations and provide support to both residents and staff of the Borough. As the Resident Service Clerk, you will be responsible for managing various clerical tasks. You will also provide essential support for our recreation rental process.

This is an administrative position with the Borough. The Recreational Aide plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily activities and success of the Borough. Under the supervision of the recreation director and the Borough Manager you will register patrons when they arrive, distribute equipment for games, supervise the participation of youth during activities and special events, and store the equipment and general cleaning at the end of a shift.

Providence Animal Center will hold a free pet vaccine clinic at the Folcroft Community Center on Wednesday, September 18th, from 11 AM to 1 PM. Pre-registration is required; please book appointments at ProvidenceAC.org/Vaccineclinics

Folcroft Borough offices will be closed on Monday, September 2, 2024 in observance of Labor Day. There will be no trash pickup on Monday 9/2. Monday’s scheduled pickup will take place on Tuesday, and Tuesday’s trash pickup will take place on Wednesday. In addition, there will be no recycling pickup this week.

Permits are valid from August 1, 2024 through August 1, 2025. The cost is $60 for the year. A $10 monthly permit is also available.

Folcroft Borough offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th in honor of Independence Day. We will reopen for business on Monday, July 8th.

The Folcroft Public Library is seeking a new Director. This is an administrative and professional position which entails directing the operation for Folcroft Public Library within the framework established by the library’s By-Laws and Library Board of Trustees.

Borough Offices will close at 12:00 PM on Fridays through Labor Day weekend. Regular Friday hours will resume on Friday, September 6, 2024.

Folcroft Borough offices will be closed for business on Wednesday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. Offices will reopen for business on Thursday, June 20th.

Folcroft Borough will host a FREE Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 15 from 2 pm-7 pm at the New Municipal Complex Lot (799 Ashland Ave - behind the Library and clock tower).

The event will feature vendors, food trucks, a DJ, and family entertainment.

Folcroft Borough offices will be on Tuesday, June 11th while we move our belongings to the new municipal complex at 799 East Ashland Avenue.

Our office will reopen for regular business hours on Wednesday at 8:00 am.

Folcroft Borough offices will be closed on Monday, May 27 in observance of Memorial Day. Trash will NOT be picked up. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, May 28th.

Street sweeping in Folcroft will begin the first week of April and and takes place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please consult the posted signage on your street for details about which dates and times to expect the sweeper on your block. Notices about cancellation will be posted on this website and social media.

The event will take place at the new Folcroft Municipal Complex on Ashland Avenue, and starts at 2 pm on June 15, 2024,  and will end at 7 pm. Rain Date June 16 at the same times.  However we do reserve the right to move the event indoors if necessary. Vendor fees will not be refunded if you decide to cancel or not show up.
