Assistance given to: Low and moderate income residents of Chester and Delaware Counties (Eligibility requirements: Client incomes cannot exceed three times the 2023 Federal Poverty Guidelines.)

Please Note: Attendees will need to return on Thursday, April 18 for an official wills signing.
