Folcroft Awarded $400,000 for Pedestrian Street Lighting Project

The Commonwealth Financing Authority, an agency of Pennsylvania’s Department of Community and Economic Development, has announced that through a Multimodal Transportation Fund grant the Borough of Folcroft has been awarded $400,000 for a pedestrian street lighting project.

Folcroft Borough Council and the Mayor would like to offer special thanks to State Representative David Delloso, Borough Engineer Remington & Vernick, and borough office staff for their hard work and dedication to bettering our community.

This street lighting project will not only provide a necessary safety upgrade, but also assist the borough in becoming more energy efficient.
