Shared Driveway Repaving Construction Agreements Active

As many of you are aware, the Borough intends to begin paving the shared driveways in the near future. The funds used come from revenue generated via the permit parking program. To complete this work – at no additional cost to the property owner – you must return a completed, notarized temporary construction easement form which can be found here no later than September 5th to Borough Hall – 1555 Elmwood Avenue, Folcroft PA 19032.

A notary will be available at Borough Hall to notarize these forms at no cost to residents starting Monday 8/1 from Monday through Thursday from 10:00am to 6:00pm and on Fridays from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

Forms MUST be signed by the property owner. If you are unsure whether or not you can sign, please call (610)522-1305 during regular business hours. The Borough can add your folio number or provide it to you.

Please note that the areas affected are limited to those which have shared driveways and are in the permit parking area. If you do not have a shared driveway or do not live in a posted permit parking area this does not pertain to you.
