Delaware River Chemical Spill Update

Water in Folcroft Borough is sourced from Aqua predominantly from their Springton Lake facility, and as a result is not at risk of contamination due to the recent Delaware River chemical spill.

Springton Lake is fed by Crum Creek, although other sources may occasionally be used, however no source is at risk of contamination due to this spill. Aqua regularly tests its water sources to ensure our safety.

Folcroft Borough is in direct, regular communication with Aqua about this matter and will assist with updating the community if there are any changes.
