Folcroft Borough Council will hold a Special Meeting at 7:00 PM on Monday, December 30, 2024 in Folcroft Borough Hall.

NOTICE is hereby given that at the regular meeting of Folcroft Borough Council to be held on December 30,2024   at 7 pm at the Folcroft Borough Hall at 799 E. Ashland Avenue, Folcroft, PA 19032  The Borough Council  will consider and if appropriate, will enact an ordinance, the title and summary of which appears below: 

AN ORDINANCE OF FOLCROFT BOROUGH, DELAWARE COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, SETTING THE 2025 TAX LEVY; SEWER RENTAL , TRASH FEES AND PENALTIES.

Folcroft Borough is permitted, pursuant to the Borough Code, and the Municipalities Planning Code to adopt a budget and levy taxes. Council has enacted a 2025 budget and intends to vote on an ordinance which would raise the  taxes levied at a higher rate than the previous fiscal year.  .
