At the Folcroft Borough Council Reorganization Meeting on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, Mayor Franny DiCicco swore in our newly elected council members. 

  • Council President: Joseph G. Papaleo (re-elected)

  • Council Vice President: Leigh Daly (re-elected)

  • Councilmember: Malinda Isaac (re-elected)

  • Councilmember: Tawana Grayson (re-elected) 

  • Councilmember: Frank Redding (newly-elected)
